Purchase Agreement / Confirmation
When placing an order at Yogiraj, a purchase agreement is entered into with us (The Yoga House Sweden AB, 559073-7713) once you confirm your purchase at checkout in our webshop. Your order is confirmed to the email address you have provided. Ordered products remain our property until they are fully paid for. If the purchaser is under 18 years of age, parental consent must be obtained and provided by the purchaser before the purchase is completed. Orders placed in another person’s name without their consent will be reported to the police. Changes and additions must be made before your order is processed and dispatched from us. If you discover any inaccuracies in your order, it is therefore important that you immediately contact our Customer Service to possibly amend your order. In the case of obvious errors (e.g. incorrect price, misprint, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you naturally have the right to cancel your order. We also reserve the right not to complete an order if the item is out of stock, if maximum order quantity per customer has been exceeded, or in the event of technical errors.
Order Changes
You may change your order up until it has been processed in our systems. For changes of item(s), the price applicable at the time of the change will apply. Please note that orders already dispatched from our system cannot be changed.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are possible at no cost to the customer until the time the order has been processed. Cancellation after an order has been processed is not possible, and the customer is obliged to accept delivery.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the easiest way is to place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep.
Applicability
These purchase terms apply unless Swedish or other applicable law prescribes conditions in conflict with them. For private consumers, the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act and Distance Contracts Act apply; for businesses, the Sale of Goods Act applies. Unlike the Consumer Purchases Act, the Sale of Goods Act is dispositive, which means that businesses can agree otherwise than what the law prescribes.
Prices and Payment Methods
All prices on Yogiraj are shown either including or excluding VAT, depending on your choice of display. Once an order has been confirmed, the price may only be changed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. war, natural disasters, etc.) or in the case of obvious errors in the listed price. In our webshop we use Klarna Checkout, where you select your payment method after placing your order. You can pay by invoice, card, monthly installment, or directly via your online bank—choose the option that suits you. Please note that invoices are sent to you by email from Klarna. If the invoice is not paid on time, reminder fees from Klarna will be added, followed by Klarna’s debt collection procedures.
Invoice Orders via Phone and Email
For orders placed by phone or email, we invoice through our own invoicing service. No invoice fee is charged. We perform a credit check on all invoice customers and reserve the right to deny purchases in the case of low creditworthiness. We send the invoice to the email address provided by you. Failure to pay the invoice will incur a reminder fee of SEK 60 for each reminder sent. In addition, late payment interest of 18% will accrue from the date the invoice was due. Reminders are sent by email. After two reminders, the matter is forwarded to debt collection. If payment is still not made, an application for a payment injunction is submitted to the Enforcement Authority.
Delivery Information
Yogiraj offers private customers free shipping within Sweden for orders exceeding SEK 599 including VAT. Other shipping methods and prices are specified at checkout when placing your order. Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days within Sweden. For the rest of the Nordic region, normal delivery time is 2–5 days. Deviations may occur during high seasons. Once the goods leave our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the stated time. Yogiraj cannot guarantee delivery times for items not in stock at the time of ordering or for items that have already left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time may be longer than stated if the carrier itself causes delays. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to cancel undeliverable items from an order with a corresponding refund. If you then wish to order another or the same item, this will be considered a new order. If the buyer believes delivery is delayed to the point that they no longer wish to receive the order, it is the buyer’s responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with the purchase terms before the order has been processed. Partial deliveries are made only at the customer’s request and incur additional shipping costs.
Delivery Methods in Sweden

Direct delivery for private persons and businesses (businesses must be available Mon–Fri, 07:00–16:00). Packages under 20 kg are delivered to the nearest service point unless otherwise agreed.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided to us at the time of order is correct and to collect the package from the service point within a reasonable time. Uncollected packages are charged an administration fee of SEK 250 to cover administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
We assume transport risk when shipping to you, which means we will replace any transport damage or lost shipment free of charge. For returns to us, you as the customer assume the transport risk.
Deliveries to Norway
We offer private customers in Norway the possibility to purchase goods including Norwegian VAT under VOEC regulations. Shipping fees are specified at checkout. Prices in NOK in the webshop include VAT.
Transport Damage
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, transport damage can sometimes occur. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, you may file a claim. Please inspect your product carefully upon receipt. Transport damage must be reported within seven days of receipt. Visible damage to the package should be noted at the service point/with the courier upon delivery. Then contact [email protected] for further instructions. In the case of transport damage, we will replace the item with a new one and cover the return shipping for the damaged goods.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Yogiraj offers a 90-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products or items with broken seals that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (such as yoga mats, underwear, beauty products, supplements, medicines, intimate products).

You have the right to open the packaging to inspect the product. However, a reduction in value may apply if the product or its packaging shows more than normal handling or wear. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Since you are responsible for the product until we receive it, proper packaging is essential. Return shipping costs are SEK 49/20 kg for private customers in Sweden, SEK 99 (ex VAT)/20 kg for businesses in Sweden, and NOK 99/20 kg for private customers in Norway, and these amounts are deducted from your refund. Refunds are made via the same payment method as used at purchase, normally within 7–10 business days after we receive the product. The right of withdrawal does not cover custom-made or specially altered products.
Claims
If an item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to file a claim within a reasonable period, generally considered to be two months. By law, claims can be made up to three years, but the burden of proof lies with the buyer. To be valid, the defect must have existed at the time of purchase. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by the customer is not covered. Approved claims will result in either 1) replacement with a new product, or 2) a refund. We also cover shipping costs for approved claims. If a claim is not approved, the buyer bears all shipping costs. We always follow the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act and the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Consumers also have the right to use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

We only store information registered by the customer or collected by us in connection with an order. We commit not to disclose personal information, email addresses, or other customer data to third parties without your consent. We also commit to immediately removing information about a customer upon request.
The data controller is The Yoga House Sweden AB, 559073-7713, which processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Processing of data (including personal ID numbers where applicable) may be carried out by us or by our partners. The purpose of this processing is to fulfill our obligations towards you as a customer, provide information about offers, fulfill bonus agreements, conduct marketing and customer analysis, and meet legal obligations.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you consent to being contacted by us for marketing purposes. Contact may occur via email, SMS, postal mail, or other channels. Yogiraj aims to provide you with more personal and relevant offers, which means we may use criteria such as purchase frequency, purchase size, or product categories in our marketing. Customer data may also be supplemented to improve customer service.
You have the right to request access to your personal data. If data proves to be inaccurate or incomplete, we are obliged to correct it. You may also object to the use of your data for marketing, in which case Yogiraj will implement a “marketing block.” Requests for such a block can be made to Customer Service at [email protected].
Information
We reserve the right for misprints, errors in information, and errors in specifications for all items and services in our assortment. All images on our site should be regarded as illustrations. We cannot guarantee that images reflect the product’s exact appearance or characteristics. Color perception may vary depending on screen settings. For natural products, such as wool mats, minor variations in color and finish may occur naturally.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor disputes, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, increased costs, or comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and which affect our ability to uphold agreements and commitments, we shall be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
